Gutters

Gutters are a necessary component of every home. Gutters divert water and debris away from the foundation. When it rains or snows, water can begin to form trenches around the foundation and seep into basements or lower levels. Without a gutter, this can lead to foundation, basement, driveway and walkway leaks. Downspouts are also an important part of the gutter system. They reach from the top of a building down to the ground and take the water away from the foundation. Without a downspout, problems such as erosion, decay, leaks, and color fading are common.
